This electronic agreement is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable consumer protection directives in India. The website codecerebrum.in is operated by CodeCerebrum Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), having its registered facility at Building 4B, HiLITE Business Park, NH 66 Bypass, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014, India.
2. Scope of IT & Software Services
CodeCerebrum Technologies provides Information Technology software engineering services (SAC / HSN: 998313). These include building custom e-commerce web applications, mobile applications (iOS/Android), interactive games, software building toolkits, API integrations, and cloud software infrastructure.
3. Payment Terms via Razorpay
All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Payments are processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. In compliance with RBI tokenization directives and PCI-DSS Level 1 standards, we do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
4. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Upon receipt of 100% full payment for bespoke custom projects, source code rights and deliverables are transferred to the client in accordance with the specific Statement of Work (SOW). Pre-built software building templates, proprietary starter engines, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of CodeCerebrum Technologies.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
