Approved Refunds Credited within 5 to 7 Business Days
Refunds are returned directly to the original source payment method via Razorpay.
1. Software Building Kits & Subscriptions
If you purchase a digital software building starter kit or software template from CodeCerebrum Technologies, you are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the downloadable repository access has not been claimed or cloned.
2. Custom Software Engineering Projects
For custom bespoke projects (e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, interactive games), cancellations requested prior to milestone commencement are eligible for a full refund of that phase fee. Work completed and accepted is non-refundable.
3. Technical Errors & Duplicate Debits
In case of duplicate transaction charges caused by network latency or gateway errors, the excess payment will be automatically refunded by Razorpay or manually initiated within 24 hours upon receiving your payment reference.
